9. To edit and delete transaction, you must use admin account (editing and deleting permission not given to normal users)
10. Security key option in case password forgotten (must set up security key during account creation).

Operating Guideline

To learn how to operate this software consider below given key points.

1. First, enter the item/product details in the Item Master.
2. Start entering the purchase and sales transaction.
3. See the balance of stocks in stock balance section which gets auto calculated.
4. See the overview of Total Purchase, Sales, Balance and Gross Profit, Top Products in the dashboard section.
5. If you want to use currency symbol in the dashboard, set up in the settings.
6. Periodically keep data backup for safety purpose. If computer is formatted or switched to new computer, you can restore the backed-up data.
7. Create admin and normal user accounts for unauthorized use.
