At Real Speak, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. Protecting children from abuse, exploitation, and harmful content is one of our highest priorities. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and comply with applicable child safety laws and Google Play’s Child Safety Standards.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Real Speak strictly prohibits:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
- Sharing, requesting, promoting, or distributing illegal or exploitative content involving children.
- Any activity intended to facilitate child exploitation.
Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently suspended and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
2. Age Requirement
Real Speak is intended only for users who are 13 years of age or older.
Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an account or use the application.
3. User Reporting
Users can report inappropriate behavior or content directly within the app.
Reports related to child safety receive priority review. We investigate reports as quickly as possible and take appropriate enforcement action, including content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.
You can report the inappropriate user right after ending the conversation (in user rating and compliment section).
4. Content Moderation
Real Speak employs moderation measures to help maintain a safe community, including:
- User reporting tools.
- Review of reported accounts and conversations when necessary.
- Removal of content that violates our policies.
- Permanent suspension of repeat or severe offenders.
5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Where required by applicable law, Real Speak cooperates with law enforcement agencies in matters involving child safety and child exploitation.
6. Safety and Privacy
We encourage users to:
- Never share personal information with strangers.
- Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior immediately.
- Block users who violate community standards.
