Delete Your Real Speak Account and Associated Data
At Real Speak, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your account and personal information.
If you wish to permanently delete your Real Speak account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps:
- Open the Real Speak app.
- Sign in using your Google account.
- Open the Menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation message carefully.
- Tap “Delete Permanently” to permanently delete your account.
Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Happens After Deleting Your Account
When you confirm account deletion:
- Your Firebase Authentication account is permanently deleted.
- All personal data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our Firebase Realtime Database.
- Your profile information is deleted.
- Your conversation history is deleted.
- Your chat messages are deleted.
- Your learning progress is deleted.
- Any other information associated with your account is permanently removed.
Data Retention
Real Speak does not retain your personal account data after your account has been successfully deleted.
Once the deletion process is complete, your account and associated personal data are permanently removed from our Firebase services.
Some limited technical information may be temporarily retained only if required to comply with applicable laws, resolve security issues, or prevent fraud. This information does not include your personal account data or conversation history.
Deletion Processing Time
Your account deletion request is processed immediately after you confirm the deletion.
